Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) Research Camp

The BYOD Research Camp is intended for researchers or students who are actively working on a qualitative or mixed methods research project. Attendees join a 5-week hybrid course where two weeks (weeks 1 and 5) will be live instruction on Zoom, and the three weeks in the middle will be dedicated to project progress and asynchronous work using the Moodle course management platform.

Participants will have the option to meet for 1-on-1 consultations with the course mentors during weeks 2 and 4. The asynchronous portion of the course on the Moodle platform will host important resources, including Dedoose tutorial videos, analysis and writing resources, and discussion boards that will help participants advance their analyses at their own pace.

Participants will have access to Moodle for 6 months after the course start date.
